Hascol Petroleum Limited (HASCOL): HASCOL Acquires LPG Assets from Marshal Gas for PkR175mn – By Shajar Research

<ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">In a filing with the PSX today, HASCOL announced that its Board of Directors had approved the acquisition of the LPG business/plant, including all immovable properties and assets, from its associated company, Marshal Gas Private Limited.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">The transaction has been valued at PkR175mn. As a part of the acquisition, HASCOL announced that it will also be acquiring all the licenses issued by OGRA to Marshal Gas Private Limited.</span></li></ul>
