of its subsidiary, UNBL (United National Bank Limited, UK).</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">As per the latest filing by UBL to the PSX, the bank has
conveyed conclusion of the sale of UBL’s holding in UNBL (United National Bank
Limited, UK). The bank held a 55% stake in the company while 45% was owned by
National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The disposal is in line with the management’s
long-term focus of strengthening its domestic profile while limiting
