Textile: Feb’25 Textile exports up 0.4%YoY -- By Taurus Research

<p></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">Textile exports arrived at USD 1.41Bn in Feb&rsquo;25 as compared to USD 1.4Bn in the SPLY, reflecting a slight growth of ~0.4%YoY but declined ~16%MoM. The increase was primarily attributable to higher exports of yarn, knitwear, ready-made garments, and tents &amp; canvas up 8%YoY, 9%YoY, 7%YoY, and 15%YoY, respectively. Moreover, 8MFY25 textile exports increased 9%YoY to USD 12Bn as compared to USD 11Bn in the SPLY.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">In Feb&rsquo;25, Basic textile exports totaled USD 203Mn, down ~20% YoY, mainly attributed to decline in exports of cotton yarn and cotton cloth.
