On 31 October 2012, ANL sold its major shareholding of the company to a consortium of banks and financial institution. Its present share capital is PKR3.924bn. The major shareholding of the company belongs to Financial Institutions and Non-Banking Finance Companies, that comprise of 93.43% shares.
